Adult Christian Formation
Join Fr. Richard (via Zoom) for a 12-Week Adult Formation Series called Anglicans Believe. Class begins on Monday, May 11, from 11:00-12:00 CST and for the next 12 weeks. This class is for anybody who seeks to deepen their faith, and to learn more about our Anglican roots, heritage, and tradition. For those seeking to be confirmed or received in the Episcopal Church, this class meets that requirement as well.
Fr. Richard will use a series of pamphlets produced by The Living Church called Anglicans Believe. These pamphlets focus on classic topics of Anglican theology, such as faith, prayer, and the Eucharist.
For Monday, May 11, please click these links to download and read “The Trinity in the Last Ditch” and “Anglicans_Believe_Trinity” For prior classes materials, visit the “CtK Anglican’s Believe Course Page”

The Power of Preaching
Fr. Richard+ is offering an online (Zoom) class on Wednesday’s at 3:00pm CST called: “The Power of Preaching.” If you’d like to participate, email so he can add you to the class roster, and provide a Zoom link.
This will be an introduction to preaching: What is it? Why Do We Do It? How is it different in the Anglican tradition? What Makes a Good Sermon? In this first class, we will be discussing Doubting and Believing so click the title to download.
As soon as possible, please purchase Fleming Rutledge’s book of sermons (for Kindle or Hard Copy) by clicking “Help My Unbelief.” It is where we will find most of our sermons for this class, and is an example of, in my opinion, some of the best preaching over the past 30 years.
In Person Classes are now on hold during Social Distancing. Classes
are on Sundays from 9:15 – 10:15 AM in Sandefur Hall. The Classes vary, please check the latest Weekly Herald for a current description. If you would like to subscribe to our Communications, please click here.
